Production & Delivery Information
At Bob's Custom Saddles, every saddle and tack item is built to order and handcrafted with the attention to detail that has defined our brand for generations. We believe exceptional craftsmanship cannot be rushed, which is why each piece is carefully constructed using time-honored techniques and premium materials.
Payment & Production
Production begins once payment has been received in full. After your invoice has been handled, your order is scheduled for production and work begins on your custom piece.
Estimated Production Times
- Custom Saddles: 60–90 days
- Custom Tack: 3–4 weeks
Production times are estimates and may vary throughout the year based on current shop volume. During periods of high demand, completion times may be longer, while lighter production schedules may allow orders to be completed sooner.
Please note that our production timeline refers to the time required to build your order. It does not include shipping or transit time.
Shipping & Delivery
Once completed, orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and included in one of our weekly outgoing shipments.
United States Orders: Most domestic orders arrive approximately one week after leaving our facility.
International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination country, carrier transit schedules, and customs processing.
